Delete your Sixo VPN device access

From the app

Disconnect, then choose Delete device access. Imported personal profiles have a separate Delete personal profile control.

Without the app

Enter the private code shown by Save deletion code in the app. The code proves control of that registration and only authorizes deletion. It is not a VPN password or private key. Each device has its own code.

What is removed?

The device public key, credential and deletion-code hashes, assigned gateway peer, activity record and aggregate usage totals are deleted from active databases after all gateways confirm. Access is disabled first. If a gateway is offline, deletion stays pending and is retried hourly; you can also retry this form. The app may continue to display a local tunnel until you disconnect, but the deleted registration cannot obtain new access.

Registration anti-abuse hashes are separate daily records and expire within 25 hours. Provider systems and any support correspondence follow the retention terms in our privacy policy. This does not delete other device registrations, personal imported profiles, or their original files.

Lost your code?

If the app still works, use its Delete device access control. If both the app and code are lost, an email address or public device reference alone cannot safely identify your anonymous registration. Contact hello247@sixo-vpn.online for guidance. Registrations unused for 30 days enter automatic deletion. Never send VPN private keys, access tokens or passwords.
